We accept instructions in accordance with the current version of the Standard Contractual Terms for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons, offering transparency and clarity to our professional engagements. 

Chambers of Samuel Waritay provides comprehensive legal services, ranging from written advice to litigation, mediation, and advocacy. Experienced in handling complex legal disputes, we aim to give our clients peace of mind and confidence in our work. 

We understand our clients have a variety of needs when it comes to our legal services, and thus, we offer two fee models to accommodate those needs. Our fixed-fee model considers the total amount of work to be done on a project and provides a predetermined cost. Alternatively, we also offer an hourly rate model, with a set rate for each hour of work conducted.
